At the 9/19/2019 HPCC Community Meeting, attendees will be asked to vote on proposed changes to the organization’s bylaws. The board is proposing these changes in order to streamline processes and bring the bylaws in line with current best practices. The changes would:
- Add an inclusivity statement;
- Adds provisions enabling officers to resign or to be voted out of office by the Board;
- Add provisions governing finances and accounting;
- Correct a typo; and
- Adjust article and section numbering, as needed.
