Light Up Night 2024 Recap

The weather was chilly but clear for the 4th Annual Highland Park Light Up Night on Saturday, December 7th. Folks enjoyed treats, shopping, and the merry atmosphere, including cocoa and face painting at Periwinkle Fox, brownies and crafts at Tazza D’oro, and cake at Food Glorious Food. Gallery Ama’s lights and adorable orange Christmas tree drew folks to shop and choose hand-made ornaments. Down the block, people enjoyed Light-up Night discounts at The Roost and Panache, and right around the corner, St. Andrew’s hosted Father Christmas and had a campfire with s’mores makings. Plus, an unexpected treat was the gorgeous paper lantern parade by the Pittsburgh Callithumpian Society!  People are still putting up decorations throughout the neighborhood – including a Santa tunnel on Highland – so we encourage you keep exploring & enjoying lights during the cold, dark days of December. The HPCC wishes everyone a safe and joyful holiday season!
