We need many hands for the entry garden this Wednesday from 5-7. We will meet at the entrance to the park. You are welcome to join us even if you can’t stay for the entire time. If the time does not work and you know a weed from a flower, you are invited to weed anytime you pass through.
HPCC Reservoir of Jazz, Schedule Available
This summer you can once again relax on the lawn at Highland Park to the sounds of jazz performed by Pittsburgh’s finest musicians, thanks to the ongoing commitment of the Highland Park Community Council. Residents of the tri-state area look forward to the month of August each year to witness this showcase of the area’s extraordinary talent of jazz at the ever-popular Reservoir of Jazz series. HPCC Monthly Meeting feat. Block Watch in a Box, June 21
The monthly Highland Park Community Council meeting will be taking place this upcoming Thursday at 7 PM at St. Andrew’s Church (5801 Hampton Street). This month’s guest speaker will be Elizabeth Style, coordinator for the city’s new Block Watch in a Box initiative. Cinema in the Park at Highland Park Schedule Available
Grab your lawn chair and join your neighbors for a free family film under the stars. Shows start at dusk and will be held third Mondays in June, July and August. Girl Scout 54281 Presentation Available
