Parklet Cleanup 2024 Recap

Thank you to all the neighborhood volunteers who came out to help trim and tidy the Bryant Street Parklet this past weekend! We truly appreciate your efforts in helping to maintain this beautiful green space for our community.

This year’s cleanup team included 9 adults and 5 kids. They spent a beautiful fall morning weeding, pruning, raking, edging, and removing yard debris from our neighborhood parklet. Large pots of seasonal mums were added as the finishing touch!

A big thank you to LaScola’s for donating coffee and donuts to the volunteers.

PRT Bus Line Redesign

PRT is looking for your feedback on the first draft of the new redesigned bus map for Allegheny County! Review the new routes and provide your feedback on the Bus Line Redesign webpage.

More about the Bus Line Redesign: “PRT has been hard at work designing a draft network based on what we heard from you that improves service, expands connections, and prioritizes investments in disadvantaged communities. Public engagement for this phase of the project started September 30th, 2024 and will continue through January 31st, 2025.”

PRT plans to have a revised proposal by Spring 2025 and to roll out some simple changes as early as 2026.
